The competences and expertise of ENDEEPER researchers cover several
aspects of reservoir characterization and modelling. Services and
studies performed include the following:
• Petrographic studies of reservoirs and associated rocks and other
petrologic analyses which may be performed, interpreted and integrated
into conceptual, empirical and numerical models of reservoir quality
and heterogeneity characterization and prediction;
• Integrated provenance analysis at basin scale or at exploration block scale;
• Sedimentologic/Stratigraphic analyses at exploration and reservoir scales.
The
results and interpretations are presented in integrated reports with
full annexed graphic and numerical documentation, comprising sequential
log diagrams of the cores, stratigraphic sections, photomicrographs of
the thin sections, electronic images, X-ray diffractograms, and other
diagrams, definition of depositional models, diagenetic environments,
selected plates of key facies, surfaces and diagenetic/tectonic
features, summary diagrams integrating stratigraphy, facies, petrologic
features, petrophysics and wireline logs, as available. |
