If you are getting unexpected results or errors, this section provides information for helping to solve issues.

I have quantified a thin-section usign the Stageledge and I have saved it in order to continue quantifying later. Now I opened the description to continue quantifying but the thin-section was not moved to the next point to be quantified.

I have connected Stageledge to the computer using the USB, but the system can not start the point counter.

After I started a quantification using the Stageledge, the joystick stopped working.
